WEBVTT

00:00:05.200 --> 00:00:22.933

00:00:22.933 --> 00:00:30.066
In this video we're going to demonstrate how to report your accomplishments that are associated with communities.

00:00:30.066 --> 00:00:38.466
So from the dashboard we're going to select accomplishments

00:00:38.466 --> 00:00:42.266
and then once in accomplishments you are gonna see your list of

00:00:42.266 --> 00:00:51.766
yearly action plans and you can see mine here. So I'm going load this one called testing 123

00:00:51.766 --> 00:00:56.066
and know you'll see the table come up

00:00:56.066 --> 00:01:03.299
and if I scroll down you'll see in this community column I have these check boxes

00:01:03.300 --> 00:01:09.966
beside these two actions and that indicates that these actions are associated with a community.

00:01:09.966 --> 00:01:15.532
So now, if I want to report my accomplishments for these actions,

00:01:15.533 --> 00:01:19.833
I click the little arrow right here this side arrow

00:01:19.833 --> 00:01:22.899
and now you can see if I scroll down

00:01:22.900 --> 00:01:29.633
that I've associated these actions when I developed a scenario with the community of pine ridge.

00:01:29.633 --> 00:01:33.366
Now to edit this and add my accomplishments

00:01:33.366 --> 00:01:39.332
I simply click "Edit" and now you can see that I've activated the accomplishment row

00:01:39.333 --> 00:01:44.133
and so I can go and say I've did three here

00:01:44.133 --> 00:01:47.633
4 and so on

00:01:47.633 --> 00:01:50.533
and then I can click "Update".

00:01:50.533 --> 00:01:57.633
And now it's telling me that it saved my row information and I can now click "OK".

00:01:57.633 --> 00:02:03.466
Now for me to make this disappear so I can look at the next community actions

00:02:03.466 --> 00:02:13.499
Simply go back to that little arrow, you can see how it's down at a 45, I click that and it goes back up where it was. Now I click the next one

00:02:13.500 --> 00:02:23.566
and again you can see I've got my planned actions here when I'm going to establish or maintain group contacts I click "Edit"

00:02:23.566 --> 00:02:32.932
and then I can come in and add whatever I need in here

00:02:32.933 --> 00:02:36.333
and then simply click "Update"

00:02:36.333 --> 00:02:40.899
I can say "OK", and then it gets saved.

00:02:40.900 --> 00:02:45.700
Now, let's say that I met with this group more than I'd planned

00:02:45.700 --> 00:02:54.633
And that's ok I can click "Edit" again and I can say I met with these guys also in July, August, and September.

00:02:54.633 --> 00:02:58.533
I didn't plan on doing that. I ended up meeting with them anyway.

00:02:58.533 --> 00:03:02.866
So I want to report that accomplishment. So I can click "Update"

00:03:02.866 --> 00:03:05.232
and again it saves the row

00:03:05.233 --> 00:03:13.199
And then I can click "OK". Then to make this be hidden again, I simply click this. So the important thing to notice is that

00:03:13.200 --> 00:03:18.133
when you're looking to report you community actions that you've associated with the community,

00:03:18.133 --> 00:03:21.166
look for this little check box right here.

00:03:21.166 --> 00:03:25.099
So that you can find those actions.

00:03:25.100 --> 00:03:29.700
Now you have to have associated those actions

00:03:29.700 --> 00:03:34.166
with a community in the scenario for this to show up.

00:03:34.166 --> 00:03:49.499
That concludes our demonstration on how to report community actions associated with a community.
